I felt the treatment was done good and I felt comfortable as they keep talking to you as u go through the treatment. I think alot of people worry what's going to happen to them,cos I was like that but I'm glad I went know so I would say don't worry about it ok.

Even though my legs are improved, I'm disappointed with the overall results. I still have visible varicose veins. Felt that the treatment was rushed.

We can assure you that all our treatments are undertaken with absolute care and attention, by specialist consultants who have years of experience in treating varicose veins. There is a possibility that you may fall into the category of patients who require more treatment in order to reach the desired results. As detailed in our literature, we offer further sclerotherapy treatment in order to reach the desired cosmetic results which is classed as stage 4 of our treatment pathway. The book they gave you pat the first appointment was very informative and you can keep referring to this
On my follow up appointment again such care and understanding was given

From start to finish this was an excellent customer/patient experience. Very easy to research and book the treatment I wanted, with a team who responded quickly to queries and were professional and approachable.
On the day everything was explained very clearly as the procedure progressed, and I was in and out in an hour.
Aftercare was also good and the information provided was spot on in terms of likely after effects and pain management.
Having been to my follow up appointment yesterday and been signed off, I’m very happy with the end result and would thoroughly recommend the clinic and team.

Look no further, read my feedback
For first time I am speechless where to start with my feedback. I went to the Nottingham branch and was seen by Mr Duncan Drury on 19th August 2023. From start to finish, it was perfect. Mr Drury was highly recommended by a friend who is an eye consultant. The best thing about this branch was the fact they put at ease. The receptionist Gemma was so lovely. At the first consultation Mr Drury explained exactly what he will be doing. His bed side manner was so friendly and gave us so much confidence. Mr Drury is highly qualified and seems has done hundreds if not thousands of these procedures. I had both legs done. THE ONLY PAIN WAS THE INJECTION TO NUMB the areas round the vein. The pain was like any injection as you would expect. After that NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. After coming home I have been able to carry on with life. No pain as such to talk about. If I knew this, I would have done it before. Not to forget to mention the nurse Jo who was present during the procedure was so lovely. She spoke to me all during the procedure and took my mind off it. I even gave her couple of kisses at the end. Honestly I can’t speak for any other branch of Veincentre but if you can use the Nottingham branch and see Mr Drury. Then you know what I mean

From the moment I made my initial enquiry with Veincentre after hearing about EVLA on the Chris Evans show, I have nothing but praise for Mr Duncan Drury and the team at Nottingham.
Having had, and been exceptional conscious of my “Tremendous” varicose veins for years, being able to have them treated in a kind, professional, friendly and supportive environment has been life changing for me !
Admittedly the treatment was quite painful, lasting approx 8 days, however I would go through it again in a heartbeat.
The transformation in my legs is so great my wife has booked in to have hers treated.

Recently completed my 2nd thermocoagulation session, very, very pleased with the results.
I had extensive facial thread veins and was very aware of them, especially in the colder weather.
Two treatments have made a massive difference, I'm intending to complete a 3rd shortly. I feel confident that the 3rd session will reduce them to a point that I don't find them an issue.
The staff are friendly, professional and there is a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Treatment is a tad uncomfortable but not in any way painful and the results are almost instant.
A special mention to Helen Burndred who carried out the procedures, Helen answered my questions and kept me informed. Helen worked quickly and by the look of it very effectively!

The entire process was professional from consultation to treatment to follow up consultation. Dr Reggi was clear with his explanation of the treatment needed and expectations of procedures and after care. I am very pleased with the results of my treatment.
